FINCA Kosovo Learning & Development Center is an initiative designed to provide non-formal education and training to empower FINCA Kosovo customers and its staff members, with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to thrive in this rapidly changing world.     The course covers key concepts such as money management, budgeting, savings, investments, credit management and retirement plan.

    You will learn more about livestock anatomy and physiology, nutrition, disease management, biosecurity and quarantine, reproduction and genetics, livestock handling, livestock health and welfare.

  • Agriculture, timing of crops and improvement of yields

    The course is designed to share the knowledge and skills to effectively manage agricultural operations. Topics such as soil science, crop selection, crop planning, irrigation, weather and climate, harvests and post-harvest are covered.
