FINCA Kosovo Learning & Development Center is an initiative designed to provide non-formal education and training to empower FINCA Kosovo customers and its staff members, with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to thrive in this rapidly changing world. Training Programs

  • The course covers key concepts such as money management, budgeting, savings, investments, credit management and retirement plan.

  • You will learn more about livestock anatomy and physiology, nutrition, disease management, biosecurity and quarantine, reproduction and genetics, livestock handling, livestock health and welfare.

  • The course is designed to share the knowledge and skills to effectively manage agricultural operations. Topics such as soil science, crop selection, crop planning, irrigation, weather and climate, harvests and post-harvest are covered.

  • The course covers various topics such as business vocabulary, reading and writing, listening and speaking skills, presentations, business culture. Through case studies and role-playing participants improve their business communication skills.

  • This course is offered in partnership with German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation. Savings Game is an interactive training for private households, young adults and small family-run businesses who want to manage a family budget successfully.

  • The program is run in partnership with German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation. It is an interactive training for microentrepreneurs and for those who want to learn about keys to success of start-ups and small businesses.
