The course will begin by introducing participants to specific vocabulary used in a business setting, such as financial and accounting terms, marketing and sales vocabulary, and technical terms used in the microfinance industry. Participants will also learn the grammar structures necessary for effective business communication, such as verb tenses, conditional structures, and reported speech.

Reading and writing are another important topic that will be covered in the course. Participants will learn how to read and write business documents, such as emails, letters, and reports. The course will also cover listening and speaking, including how to effectively listen and speak in a business setting, such as participating in meetings, giving presentations, and conducting business negotiations.

Presentations are another important topic that will be covered in the course, including training on how to make effective presentations, including designing effective visual aids, using appropriate body language, and handling questions from the audience.
