Information Collection

FINCA requests contact information (such as name, email, and address), as well as personal information such as a resume and cover letter, from visitors on our employment, volunteer and internship opportunities pages. This information is used by us for personnel purposes only and is not shared with outside organizations.

Careers (employment), Volunteer and Internship Sections
We request contact information from the visitor on our donation forms (for contributions, gifts of stock, planned giving, to make monthly gifts, etc.). These forms may request contact information (such as name, email, telephone number, and address) and payment information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for FINCA’s internal purposes, such as billing, sending receipts, and contacting donors. When our forms ask visitors to enter sensitive information, this information is encrypted. Security is also a top priority for our donations processing service provider Blackbaud Sphere which has implemented stringent security measures, detailed in the Blackbaud Sphere privacy policy, to protect the data of visitors to our site.

In addition, FINCA makes every good faith effort to protect visitor information off-line. All of our visitors’ information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Protection of Personal Data

FINCA will process the personal data of customers / its staff and third parties fairly, legal and without violating the dignity of the data subject.
