Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mrs. Teuta Kotori Krasniqi’s journey at FINCA Kosovo began in 2013 when she joined as the Head of the Business Development Department. Over time, she transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager before assuming the position of Management Board Member and Chief Operations Officer in 2017. Presently, she serves as the D/Chief Executive Officer FINCA Kosovo where she leads overall management with a focus on digital business development, operational efficiency, and brand excellence. Additionally, she fulfills operational responsibilities at the FINCA Impact Finance level, offering support and strategic guidance to Executive Management. Furthermore, she serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee for FINCA Armenia, playing a pivotal role in governance oversight.

She has over 20 years’ experience in the financial and banking sector in Kosovo, working for international bank such as ProCredit Bank Kosovo in various management positions. Her range of responsibilities encompassed leadership roles in several bank divisions, notably the Business Customers Division and Digital Banking Business where she spearheaded the development of digital banking and card business channels. She served as a Board Member on the KAEF Board Committee (pro-bono) from 2020 to 2022, collaborating under the administration of American Councils, overseeing program direction, and managing the KAEF endowment.

Mrs. Kotori Krasniqi graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Finance at the University of Tirana, Albania, earning a master’s degree in science (MS). She also completed a three-year Management Program at the Procredit Banking Academy in Frankfurt, Germany. She recently earned a post-university degree in Digital Business from the EMERITUS Institute, a collaboration between MIT and Columbia Business School. Teuta is fluent in Albanian, English, Serbian, and Croatian.
