Mr. Duraku joined FINCA Kosovo in May 2013 as Branch Manager of Gjakova Branch, two years later he moved to the Finance Department initially as Finance Manager, then Deputy Chief Finance Officer, and on March 2020 was appointed as Chief Finance Officer and Management Board of FINCA Kosovo.

His career in financial sector began in 2004 at Procredit Bank. His responsibilities were diverse, including Business Loan Officer, Corporate Credit Analyst, Medium Lending Coordinator and Head of Medium and Large Lending Unit.

Mr. Duraku completed his studies in 2006 at the University of Prishtina, Kosova in the Faculty of Economics, certified as bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance and Accounting Section. Mr. Duraku is ACCA Affiliate at Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, during his career he was a part of first generation of FINCA “Falcon” program for FINCA leaders and took part in the one-year banking program at the ProCredit Bank Academy.
