Mr. Auberon Kelmendi first joined FINCA Kosovo in 2011 as a translator and an Executive Assistant before leaving in 2014 to work for the EU project Fight against Homophobia and Transphobia. He returned in 2016 as a Compliance Officer for AML/FT and Special Project Manager, before being promoted to General Counsel later that year. Mr. Kelmendi joined the Management Board of FINCA Kosovo in 2018.

Mr. Kelmendi is a law graduate from Prishtina Public University. He also has experience working with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo, UNDP projects on return and reintegration in Kosovo, Access to Justice and various EU Twinning Projects in various capacities.

Mr. Kelmendi is fluent in Albanian, English, Serbian and Croatian.
