*For all loans products that are qualified as automatic loans, will be applied -2% discount from nominal interest rate on pricing, (excluding clients in the first cycle with FINCA as well as passive clients for more than 6 months), from the minimum interest rates.
**For all types of loans for women (business, agriculture, renovation and personal) no administrative fee is applied, while depending on the product used, the interest rate is applied according to the price list above.
****Administrative Expenses (%)-Min 15 €.
*****Calculation of the effective interest rate is made by the maximum maturity (60-month) and maximum amount for the respective Annual Interest
*****In case of delay in repayment of the loan according to the repayment schedule, the default interest will be charged which is calculated according to the Central Bank of Kosovo (CBK) regulation, published at this link Late payments | Banka Qendrore e Republikës së Kosovës (bqk-kos.org).
******Confirmation of the closure of the loan is 1 €.
*******Request for replacement of movable collateral is 20 €, and immovable is 30 €.
******** Car Loans for Business and Agro products are for values from € 3,000 to € 15,000 at current price but without administrative costs.
*********Car loans for personal loan for the amounts from € 3,000 up to € 5,000 are treated according to the personal loan price, while for the amounts from € 5,001 up to € 15,000 are treated according to the renovation loan price. In all cases without administrative costs.
********** FINCA repeat clients with good credit history may be offered a discount of 0.5% to 1% on nominal interest rates on rates.
