Managing Climate Resilience Business Game is the first training developed in Kosovo, in cooperation with the German Sparkassenstiftung.

The purpose of this innovative training is to empower agricultural enterprises, specifically to develop their skills to manage their enterprises in a sustainable manner in the face of climate change, to increase awareness regarding climate change as a real social and economic problem.

The training involved managing a fictitious farming business, and resulted in the following lessons:
-Management practices to adapt to climate change.
-The role of different participants in business such as customers, farmers, institutions financial and personnel on the farm.
– Developing the skills to react to unexpected events and risks.
-Abilities to plan and implement operational measures to adapt investments to special conditions.

This training will improve the knowledge of BDO Agro staff of FINCA Kosovo in climate change management in agriculture and contributing to increasing the sustainability of agricultural businesses in Kosovo.
