In February, FINCA Kosovo conducted a series of trainings as part of its ongoing commitment to sustainable development and inclusive community support. The focus was on strengthening the growth of small businesses, women entrepreneurs, and farmers.

The trainings addressed key topics aimed at helping participants face current challenges and build a strong foundation for economic growth. These included the impact of climate change, the role of agrobusiness, the integration of new technologies, and opportunities to access grants and various funding sources.

In addition, mentorship was provided for women in business, with a special focus on career development and empowering their role in entrepreneurship. Another important topic covered was marketing for small businesses and effective strategies to increase their market presence.

Through these training courses, we not only support our clients in overcoming today’s challenges but also equip them with the knowledge to build a more successful future.
