The September was filled with activities and training sessions that help clients improve their knowledge in business management, vegetable farming, communication, and financial education, as well as in mentoring women.

So far, several training sessions have been conducted, including “FemEdu trainings,” which focuses on developing leadership skills for female clients, agricultural culture management, covering land management and crop selection, as well as business communication training, which helps improve relationships with clients. Additionally, the women’s mentoring program offers one-on-one meetings for support and personalized advice.
