Being in the process of transformation, FINCA Kosovo has applied a new dressing code for its staff members. Starting from January 1 2008, as part of a new dressing code are included: ties for male staff members and scarves for female staff members.
In order to motivate FINCA Kosovo staff, as well as to thank the staff for its valuable work so far, FINCA Kosovo Country Director Stefan Martiniak on January 25 of 2008 has presented all FINCA Kosovo HQ staff and Prizren Branch members with Appreciation Certificates and ties and scarves.
This activity will take place also in all other FINCA Kosovo offices in regions
