FINCA Kosovo Gjakova Branch, based on the proposal from their Branch Manager has created a fund which is dedicated for different recreational activities. The main purpose of establishing such fund is to maintain good inter-collegial relationships between staff members. All the staff members participate (total of 18 employees) to this fund. Their contributions are based according to their salaries.
