In support of students with Down Syndrome and contributing to capacity building within educational institutions, FINCA Kosovo has supported three day training for 50 teachers and educators organized by the Down Syndrome Kosovo Center, which provides psycho-social services for children with Down syndrome.

The purpose of this training is to raise the capacities of educators and teachers that knowledge gained during this training will impact on the provision of professional services for children with Down Syndrome.

The training was held on 9-11 December by an expert from England, Mrs. Cecilie Mackinnon.
