FINCA Kosovo and UNFPA in Kosovo have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote Family-Friendly Gender-Responsive Policies and to foster a workplace environment that supports staff well-being. This collaboration reflects FINCA Kosovo’s ongoing commitment to responsible social practices, as well as its partnership with the CSR Kosovo Network, where FINCA Kosovo is an active member contributing to joint initiatives for community development and the promotion of sustainable workplace standards.
Through these initiatives, FINCA Kosovo promotes practices that support staff well-being, equality, and inclusion—creating a work culture where family and professional life go hand in hand, aligned with the real needs of employees and the community.
The signing ceremony was attended by Auberon Kelmendi, Member of the Management Board and General Counsel; Hana Gashi Salihu, Head of Human Resources; and Ylberina Morina Mala, Manager of the Learning and Development Center, who represented the shared vision of the organizations with professionalism, integrity, and dedication.
