FINCA Kosovo took part in two important events for youth and professionals seeking development opportunities: the “Spring Career Fair 2025” organized by RIT Kosovo (AUK), and the “Career and Employment Fair 2025” organized by AAB College.

These fairs provided an excellent opportunity for students and graduates to get to know our institution up close and learn about the many opportunities FINCA Kosovo offers for professional development and building a sustainable career.

Through our discussions and presentations, we shared with the participants our values, mission, and vision for a work environment that promotes the professional growth of every team member.
