For the third time the Lama dinner was organized in Gjakova, where about 550 persons participated who 420 were farmers. The Mayor of the city, Dr. Pal Lekaj and director of Agroculture in Gjakova, Ismet Isufi opened the ceremony on the evening. Also present at the ceremony were the representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and representatives of USAID – Mr. Musli Berisha, and NGO’s – Agrohasi, Agroblegtori, Agrodoli, Dushkaja etc. Present were also the representatives of all the financial institutions operating in Gjakova and businesses which took place with their agriculture products. In this manifestation, there were awarded 19 farmers who were at a record for the year in Gjakova. In this dinner, FINCA was also present with their stand that gave out promotional materials such as brochures and gave a brief presentation of FINCA. The interest of the farmers was very high. During the ceremony, representative of FINCA Kosovo awarded gratitude from the Municipality Assembly, respectively from the director of Agriculture – Gjakova.
