The second day of the “CareerUP” activity began with the meeting of the students of the University of Pristina and the representative of the human resources department at FINCA Kosovo, Mrs. Dafina Shkodra. Dafina Shkodra is a Learning and Development Specialist at FINCA with 10 years of experience in the banking system in Kosovo.

Mrs. Shkodra has shown that 41% of the interns at FINCA in April 2022 were employed at this microfinance institution. The internship lasts 3 months and is paid. She added that the demands of the labor market towards potential candidates are professionalism, creativity, positive energy and the ability to work in a team
