‘Agribusiness Days’ was organized this year and held in the city of Gjakova from 27 to 30 of May, bringing together all the relevant actors in the Kosovar agribusiness sector.

Now, traditionally, FINCA has and will support this important initiative which aims to prepare Kosovo farmers new prospects of the agricultural sector and food sector in general, market liberalization, demographic developments, etc.

The fair was held over 4 days and was organized by sectors by the relevant departments of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, for example vines, fruit trees and vegetable production, beekeeping, animal husbandry, etc.

Participants were farmers from different regions of Kosovo, representatives of state and municipal assembly, the students of the Faculty of Agriculture, state and local media, and many more participants from the municipality of Gjakova.

During the days of the fair, FINCA was at its promotional desk, supporting agribusiness loan seekers, providing information for its agricultural loan and providing assistance in applying for agriculture loan product.
