Mr. Zeka has over 25 years career in banking and microfinance industries in Kosovo and Albania.

He started his career in 1999 at ProCredit Bank in Kosovo and served for 13 years. For a period of 5 years, he was part of the Support Team at Procredit Bank Albania. During this 25-year period, he has gained expertise in branch network management, sales and marketing, product management, Credit Risk management, in the SME segment as well as in Agribusiness.

For 2 years he continued his career at KEP Trust leading the Department of Branch Supervision.

Mr. Zeka joined the FINCA Kosovo team in 2014 in various roles as regional manager, etc. He also led the Human Resources Department for a period of 2 years.

Mr. Zeka completed his studies at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Pristina. He also completed a three-year Management study at the Procredit Academy in Frankfurt, Germany. And also completed the “Falcon” program for FINCA leaders. Mr. Zeka is certified with a Post University degree in Digital Marketing in 2021 by EMERITUS Institute, a collaboration between MIT Executive Education and Columbia Business School.
