Mr. Agim Ferati has more than 20 years of experience in the microfinance sector. He began his career in microfinance, steadily advancing through a range of operational and management positions, leading risk, compliance, finance and internal control functions.

In 2012, Mr. Ferati joined FINCA Kosovo, where he held a number of leadership positions, including Branch Manager, Project Manager, and Head of Accounting and Control. Throughout his tenure, he has played a significant role in strengthening financial management, leading strategic projects, and supporting the institution’s sustainable growth and financial performance. In May 2026, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of FINCA Kosovo.

Mr. Ferati holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Information from the Faculty of Economics, University of Prishtina. He is a Certified Accountant from Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosovo and a Certified Microfinance Expert from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. In addition, he has completed numerous professional development programs, including the Falcon leadership development program, further strengthening his expertise in finance, risk management, leadership, and organizational development.
